Spider-Man's Web

Hurry, Spider-Man! New York Needs You!

The summer before 9/11, the following Columbia Pictures trailer appeared in theaters, promoting the 2002 release of Spider-Man. The scene, which was later cut from the movie before its release, showed Spider-Man thwarting a bank robbery in Lower Manhattan — with the help of the Twin Towers. As the thieves jump into their getaway helicopter one of them boasts that it was “like [taking]candy from a baby…” That was just before they got the shock of their lives.

The same sort of disdain and arrogance characterizes the way the current plan for the World Trade Center was forced on the rest of us – and those responsible think they are going to get away with it. We don’t think so. Certain information has come to light that will convincingly show that there really was a heist at Ground Zero. We will soon start focusing on an amazing web of shady dealings that will prove impossible to ignore or explain away…
